When your order is handed over to a courier you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 10 days to pass before getting in touch about any missing orders.

International Delivery 

International shipping costs vary depending on your location, this is calculated at checkout. If you don't see a rate for your shipping destination please email hello@ettaloves.com and we'll be happy to help. 

All International orders will be shipped within 3 working days.

Orders delivered to destinations outside of the mainland UK may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. 

EU customers will receive a request for duty and VAT due based on your local rates, which we are unfortunately unable to estimate. If your are in the USA please visit
